It is near the roundabout of the gas station Kim Cuc and it is at once end of Tran Hung Dao street, it is lies on high hill at 1933m. it has an ideal view to Xuan Huong lake and other valleys. When being on power governor Deuco used this palace as a holiday home in summer. To avoid being boomed and attacked, the governor had a tunnel built to have an escaping way. In Ngo Dinh Diem regime, the councellor Ngo Dinh Nhu took this villa as his own palace.

In the palace, there are some precious things such as a roll of paper carved a poem of Tu Duc king in the sitting room. There used to have elephant tusHotel and they are missing now because of the many changes of managers. In the palace now there is still the piano of the governor’s wife.
